Effective September 17, 2026 · These policies apply to purchases made through the SWEATS. storefront.

Delivery & Refunds

Digital beat files and license agreements are delivered electronically after a successful payment. Your order confirmation email includes a link to your order page, where your licensed files and agreements remain available for future access.

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable. If you were charged twice, received an incorrect license, or cannot access files due to a delivery problem, contact support@sweatsshop.com and we will investigate and correct the issue. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Privacy

We collect the information needed to process orders, deliver files and agreements, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain accurate records. Payment details are handled by our payment providers; SWEATS. does not store full card numbers.

We do not add buyers to promotional email lists merely because they purchased. Marketing messages are sent only when a buyer separately opts in. You may contact support to ask about your information or request correction where applicable.

Terms of Use

By using this storefront, you agree to provide accurate checkout information, use previews and downloads lawfully, and not redistribute, resell, or share files except as permitted by the license you selected. Access to files may be suspended for fraud, chargebacks, or misuse.

Store content, artwork, previews, and software are provided for the purposes described on the storefront. Availability and pricing may change for future purchases; completed orders keep the license terms and pricing shown in their order records.

License Terms

The license agreement for each purchase is generated from the license tier selected at checkout and is saved with that order. Read the current license terms before purchasing. The agreement attached to a completed order controls that purchase and is not changed retroactively by later storefront edits.
